I have heard that the taste of wild turkeys is exceptional, but I`ve never eaten one.

Here in Canada, when we had our Thanksgiving a few weeks ago, we ordered a free-range, non-drug-fed turkey from a local farm and had it "processed" two days before we served it ... wow - was it amazing (the price was significantly higher than a mass-produced frozen bird, but it was so worth it)!
