We were neck in neck on the old time scrabble board, me and the standing undefeated champion of the Eastern seaboard, Fran C. I was overtaken somewhere in the last half hour and lost by 2 stinkin points.....OK, 22 if you count the 10 points I lost and the 10 she gained from my unused Q. Fran`s countin. But it was a great game.
